Sick of overfilling your brows every day, only for them to look uneven by lunch?
Microblading is the go-to solution for anyone craving fuller, balanced brows that actually look like real hair.
This technique manually creates hair-like strokes using a fine blade, mimicking the direction, color, and texture of natural brow hair. And here at Aleti Academy, your brows aren’t copy-pasted from a stencil. They’re drawn by hand, based on your unique facial features — by an artist who sees your face as a canvas, not a job number.
Location: Newark, NJ | Performed by AAM-Certified Artist Cristina Oliveira
Why our clients love love microblading
Semi-permanent results (lasts up to 18 months)
Realistic hair-stroke effect that blends with existing brow hair
Fuller, natural-looking brows with no daily makeup
How we do it
At Aleti Academy, we use the manual blade technique, but with an artistic twist. Cristina maps your brows using face morphology (no templates!) and creates delicate strokes by hand that mimic real hair. No harsh lines. No oversized arches. Just refined, natural beauty. Our microblading sessions are different because:
Your design is tailored to your face shape, brow bone, and hair pattern.
Cristina is a Fine Arts graduate with over a decade of experience.
We use high-quality, safe pigments and disposable tools.
All work is performed in a sterile, welcoming environment.
100% disposable tool following the health department guidelines.
Before anything touches your skin, we take time to listen to your concerns, your brow history, your makeup style, and your goals. Once your shape is mapped and approved, the procedure takes around 2–2.5 hours. Results you can expect:
Fuller brows with clean, natural definition
Hair-stroke look that blends into your own brow
Easy mornings — no more pencils or powders
Boosted confidence that lasts

What healing looks like
Every face heals differently, but here’s what to expect:
Let’s make your mirror routine a whole lot faster (and your brows a whole lot better). If you’re ready for brows that look like yours, just fuller and more balanced. We’ve got you.
Usually between 6–12 months, depending on your skin type and lifestyle.
Does it hurt?
Most people feel only light discomfort, thanks to our high-quality numbing cream. It’s often compared to a light scratch.
How is microblading different from Nano Brows?
Microblading uses a blade to manually create hair strokes. Nano uses a machine and is gentler on the skin, making it better for sensitive or oily skin types.
Do I need a touch-up?
Not everyone needs a touch-up. If necessary, it can be scheduled 4–6 weeks after your initial procedure.
Can you fix my previous microblading?
In many cases, yes! We specialize in corrections. Cristina will assess your brows and offer honest feedback.
Can I go back to work the same day?
Absolutely. There may be slight redness, but no downtime is needed.
