All sales are final, and refunds are not available.
For all procedures, a deposit is required at the time of booking your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards your procedure. If you need to cancel, please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment, and you can use the deposit for your next visit.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your procedure will result in the deposit being retained as compensation for the reserved time slot, which prevented other clients from booking.
Please note that deposit prices may change without prior notice. Consultation fees are non-refundable but can be applied towards your procedure if you choose to proceed.
If you fail to cancel your appointment and do not show up for your procedure, you will be charged the full procedure price.
Please make cancellations via phone call or in person. Voicemails, texts, or emails will not be accepted.
Deposits for classes are non-refundable if you choose not to continue with the classes. The deposit covers the cost of your class supplies.
Models are required to pay a fee for procedures performed by a student under instructor supervision. Please note that touch-ups are not included.
If you require touch-ups within four to eight weeks, these can be done by a technician (not a student) for an additional charge. If you do not request a touch-up after eight weeks from the initial procedure date and schedule it for after this time frame, you will be charged the full procedure price.
Aleti Permanent Cosmetics Academy reserves the right to decline any individual as a client or model for any reason. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our policy, please feel free to contact us before booking a service.
